Hi, my name is Geri Schat and I am the middle school 6^th , 7^th and 8^th grade math teacher.
I also teach a math enrichment elective class. My husband (a retired aerospace
engineer) and I have been married for 10 years and together have 7 grown children. I
am originally from San Diego and have been in Tulsa for 2 years. My original career
was as a home loan broker for 15 years. I then decided to follow my passion of
teaching math and went to San Diego State University to get a bachelor’s and master’s
degree in math. I have taught about 15 years of college (basic math thru calculus) and
7 years of high school and junior high. We love to go bike riding, camping or anything
outdoors in our free time. I am so excited and grateful to be a part of the Anderson
Family.
