I’m Kendal Butler, 23 years old, and this is my first year as a para at Anderson! Fun fact—I actually graduated from Anderson in 6th grade, so it feels really special to come back and be part of the school community again.

Working with kids has always been something I’ve loved, and I’m excited to be in a role where I get to support students every day. It’s such a rewarding experience, and I can already tell this year is going to be full of learning, growth, and fun.

Outside of school, you’ll usually find me shopping (I definitely have a love for clothes and shoes—my closet is proof of that!) or spending time with my dogs, who keep me both busy and entertained. I also enjoy hanging out with family and friends and making the most of my time off.

Coming back to Anderson truly feels like a full-circle moment, and I couldn’t be happier to be here. I’m looking forward to everything this year has in store and to being part of such a great team!
