ENROLLMENT PROCESS:

For students that are new to the Anderson School District please contact the administrative office at 918-245-0289 x-0 to request access to the online Student Record Portal.  If you reside outside the Anderson School District you will need to complete a Student Transfer request.  Please see those instructions below.

For school enrollment, a parent or guardian shall provide one of the following:

  1. Current, up-to-date immunization records or
  2. A completed and signed exemption form

*Note: Enrollment will not be completed and your student will not be placed in a class without an up-to-date immunization record or exemption on file.

This is in accordance with SB 658.

For your new student enrollment, please ensure you have the following documents to upload into the Student Records Portal:

  • Proof of Residency
    • Current Utility Bill reflecting the service address (Gas, Electric or Water only)
    • Mortgage Agreement
    • Home/Apartment Lease Agreement
    • Residency Affidavit (request the form from the administrative office)
    • Complete a Transfer Request (instructions below and only if you reside outside of the Anderson School District)
  • State Issued Birth Certificate
  • Current Immunization Record (for information regarding required immunizations for attending a public school please visit the Oklahoma Department of Health website at Oklahoma Health Department )
  • If you complete the Title VI Indian Education form, ensure you complete the tribal address (addresses are located on page three of this form) as well as upload both the Tribal Membership Card and CDIB Card (Certified Degree of Indian Blood).

 

If you do not have the ability to enroll online from home you can contact the administrative office to schedule a time during school hours in order to complete this process.  If you have questions or need additional information about the online enrollment process, please contact the administrative office at 918-245-0289 x-0, we are here to help!

Returning Student Enrollment Process:

Login-in to Wen-Gage at oked.sylogist.com/Anderson.  Enter your username and password.  If you can not remember your username and password call or email Ms. Stephanie at stephanie@andersontrojans.org.  Once you have logged in you can click on the Student Records Portal.  In the Student Records Portal, you can click on Enroll Student – 2025-2026.  If you have more than one student you must complete the enrollment process for that student and submit for review prior to starting the enrollment process for your next student.  In order to submit your records, you must have completed all the required documentation.  You do not need to complete the Optional documents unless you have updated information that you need to submit.  For the enrollment to be considered submitted for review you must have a minimum of two (2) emergency contacts listed.

For your Returning Student Enrollment, please ensure you have the following documents to upload into the Student Records Portal:

  • Proof of Residency
