American Environmental Landfill Donation

American Environmental Landfill is on a mission to donate one million dollars to Anderson Public School. Starting in the summer of 2017 AEL donated $37,500, Last year Mr. Todd Green presented Anderson with $15,000 and this year again the donation was $15,000 with 7,500 coming from AEL and $7,500 from Tulsa LFG,LLC. Anderson is so grateful for all the community support we receive! Thank you!

Thank you to Joe’s on 177 th for sponsoring Anderson’s Student of the Month and Student of the Year. This is the second year Joe’s has sponsored this program. Student of the Month winners were nominated by homeroom or specials teachers for exhibiting exceptional character traits of respect, honesty, integrity, responsibility, personal best, and perseverance. Masonic Lodge Makes Donation

Sand Springs Masonic Lodge # 475 donated $300 to Anderson’s Accelerated Reader Program. Masons John Richardson and Paul Shreffler presented Anderson Librarian Holly Shreffler with a check during our last assembly of the year. With this money Ms. Holly was able to award two bicycles from a drawing of our top AR readers. Congratulations to Averee and Jacob! Enjoy your new bicycles this summer!

Parents/Guardians,   Oklahoma School Testing Program Parent, Student, Teacher Guides (PSTGs) provide information about what your student is learning and how you can support them at home; as well as, giving you examples of the types of questions used on the state test.  These books are usually sent home with the students but this year they are online only for 4-8 grade. . . .
