AmeriCorps Volunteers Needed!!!

We need AmeriCorps Volunteers for 2010-2011 school year.  These positions require individuals to complete 900 volunteers hours through the course of the year.  This figures out to be about 6 hours each day the students are in school.  The position is for reading intervention for students in grades kindergarten through third grade.  Volunteers are compensated at about $600/month and receive a higher education voucher at the end of the year.  This voucher is approximately $2,400.00 and can be used by the individual or transferred to immediate family members or grandchildren.
